These terms cover use of studioelephant.au and paid work with Studio Elephant. By requesting or paying for a service, you agree to them.

Services

Published starting prices apply unless we quote otherwise in writing. Scope, timeline, and price for custom work are confirmed before work starts.

Conversion audits

The $699 AUD conversion audit includes a video walkthrough, written findings, a priority fix list, AI shopping readiness notes, and a 30-minute call. If the audit finds nothing actionable to improve conversion, we refund the $699 AUD in full.

Payment, scope and support

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Scope changes are agreed in writing before extra work starts.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate store access and briefing details when needed
• Keep Shopify, apps, and content under your control unless we agree otherwise
• Pay invoices on the terms stated on the invoice

Intellectual property

You own your store content and brand assets. Custom code we write for a paid project is licensed for use on your store once invoices for that work are paid. Audit documents are for your internal use and implementation.

Limitation

We work carefully, but ecommerce results depend on traffic, offer, and operations outside our control. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss beyond the fees paid for the specific engagement, except where Australian consumer law says otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
