Common questions
Does Studio Elephant need access to my Shopify store?
Yes. Collaborator access is required to make changes. You grant it from Shopify admin under Settings → Users, and you can revoke it any time.
Will changes affect my live store?
For larger changes, Studio Elephant works on a duplicate theme so the live store stays up. For minor updates, work can happen on the live theme. You will hear the approach before anything starts.
Is there a monthly retainer option?
No retainer required. An optional monthly retainer at a discounted rate is available for regular work. Contact Studio Elephant to match hours to what your store needs.
What if the update takes longer than estimated?
Studio Elephant tells you before going over the estimate. Extra time only continues after you approve it. No surprise invoices.
