Why work with me instead of an agency

Agencies are fine if you want a big team and a six-month timeline. If you just need the store fixed, that's a lot of overhead. You talk to me. I do the work.

I've been building websites for 20 years. The last stretch of that has been Shopify — 200+ stores. I've worked with small independents and with brands like JB Hi-Fi and FXD Workwear. Same person either way.

I'll also tell you when something isn't worth doing. If you don't have enough traffic to justify an audit yet, I'll say so. If a theme setup will get you there cheaper than a custom build, that's what I'll recommend.
