Invoice for actual time spent
Billed in 30-minute blocks at $130/hr AUD. If it takes less than estimated, you pay less.

Common questions
Do you need access to my Shopify store?
Yes — we'll need collaborator access to your Shopify store to make changes. You can grant this from your Shopify admin under Settings → Users, and you can revoke it at any time.
Will changes affect my live store?
For larger changes we work on a duplicate theme so your live store is never disrupted. For minor updates we can work directly, but we'll always let you know the approach before starting.
Do you offer ongoing monthly support?
Yes. If you need regular updates we offer monthly retainer packages at a discounted hourly rate. Get in touch to discuss what would work for your store.
What if the update takes longer than estimated?
We'll let you know before going over the estimate. You'll always have the chance to approve additional time before we continue. No surprise invoices.
