Most stores have
fixable issues.
I find them fast.
You have traffic. People are landing on your store. But they're not buying — and you're not sure why. I go through your store page by page, recording exactly what's costing you sales. Most stores have 3–5 high-impact fixes I can identify within the first hour. I'll tell you what they are, why they matter, and what to do first.
Results from CRO engagements
Kakawa Chocolates
Store hadn't been touched since 2011. The checkout was fighting the customer at every step. I rebuilt the purchase path and rewrote the copy. 64% more conversions in three weeks.

Didn't need a full rebuild — needed someone to look at why people weren't buying. Missing trust signals, weak hierarchy, no urgency. Targeted fixes only. 11% more orders in three weeks, no redesign.
Read the case study →"Justin got our brand right away and made a store that looks premium, is easy to navigate, and makes buying smooth for customers. He kept us in the loop, hit every deadline, and the result was better than we hoped."

What I do
What a CRO engagement covers
Store audit & friction analysis
I go through every page of your store with fresh eyes — homepage, collection pages, product pages, cart, and checkout — and document every point where a customer is likely to leave.
Copy & messaging review
Weak copy is the most underestimated conversion killer. I look at whether your headlines, product descriptions, and CTAs are doing the job — and what to change if they're not.
Trust signals & social proof
I look at whether visitors have enough reason to trust you before they're asked to buy. Reviews, guarantees, shipping policies, return policies — and whether they're in the right place at the right time.
Checkout flow review
Cart abandonment is rarely about price. I look at every step of your checkout for friction — unexpected costs, form complexity, payment trust, and mobile experience.
Mobile experience
Most Shopify traffic is mobile. I test your store on real devices and flag anything that makes buying harder on a phone — images that don't load, buttons that are hard to tap, content that's cut off.
Priority fix list
Everything I find is ranked by estimated conversion impact — not alphabetically, not by how hard it is to fix. You know exactly where to spend your time and money first.

Process
How it works
You send me your store URL
Fill in the contact form with your store URL and a sentence about what you're trying to fix. I'll confirm and we're underway. No lengthy briefing calls, no contracts.
I audit your store
I go through your store as a customer would, then as a CRO specialist. I record a video walkthrough narrating exactly what I'm seeing and what I'd change. Most audits take 2–4 hours of my time.
You get the findings
Within 10–14 days you receive: the video, a written document, and a priority list of what to fix first. Everything is written for a non-technical audience — no jargon, no assumptions about what you know.
We talk it through
A 30-minute call to walk through what I found, answer your questions, and talk about what makes sense to fix first. If you want me to implement the changes, I'll give you a quote at this point — no obligation.
