Kickoff & brief

We have a short call or exchange to nail down your brand, products, and goals. I'll ask about your competitors, what you like and don't like, and what a successful launch looks like for you. 50% deposit to begin.

Theme selection & setup

I recommend a theme (or work with one you've already purchased), configure it to your brand, and start building out the pages. You'll get a progress preview link so you can see how it's taking shape.

Review & revisions

You review the store on a staging URL and give feedback. We go through a round of revisions to get everything right before anything goes live. Nothing launches until you're happy with it.

Launch & handover

We go live, I run through a launch checklist, and walk you through managing your store. I stay available for a week post-launch for any issues. Remaining 50% due on launch.

$2,400 AUD gets you a fully set up, launch-ready Shopify store. The price doesn't change unless the scope does — and if it does, I'll tell you before I proceed.

Is the theme cost included in the $2,400?

No — theme licensing is separate, typically $200–$400 AUD as a one-time purchase from the Shopify Theme Store. It's a cost you pay directly and own forever. I'll recommend the best theme for your needs and factor it into your total budget upfront.

Can I use a theme I've already bought?

Yes. If you've already purchased a theme you like, we can work with that. If I think it's not the right fit for your goals I'll tell you honestly — but the choice is yours.

How is this different from a custom store build?

A theme setup works within what the theme can do — we customise extensively, but we're not writing custom code or building features from scratch. A custom build removes all those constraints. If you need something the theme can't do, I'll tell you upfront and you can decide whether to upgrade to a custom build or live with the limitation.

Do I need to have my products and content ready?

Ideally yes — the more content you have ready, the faster we move. But we can work with placeholder content initially and populate as you go. The 2–3 week timeline assumes your product catalogue and key copy are ready to go.

What happens after launch?

I'm available for a week post-launch for any issues. After that, ongoing updates are billed at my hourly rate ($130/hr). Many clients also come back for a CRO audit 3–6 months after launch once they have real traffic data to work with.
