Most stores have
fixable issues.
I find them fast.
You have traffic. People are landing on your store. But they're not buying — and you're not sure why. I go through your store page by page, recording exactly what's costing you sales. Most stores have 3–5 high-impact fixes I can identify within the first hour. I'll tell you what they are, why they matter, and what to do first.
What this kind of work turns up
Kakawa Chocolates
Store hadn't been touched since 2011. The checkout was fighting the customer at every step. I rebuilt the purchase path and rewrote the copy. 64% more conversions in three weeks.

Didn't need a full rebuild — needed someone to look at why people weren't buying. Missing trust signals, weak hierarchy, no urgency. Targeted fixes only. 11% more orders in three weeks, no redesign.

What I check
What the $699 audit covers
Store audit & friction analysis
I go through every page of your store with fresh eyes — homepage, collection pages, product pages, cart, and checkout — and document every point where a customer is likely to leave.
Copy & messaging review
Weak copy is the most underestimated conversion killer. I look at whether your headlines, product descriptions, and CTAs are doing the job — and what to change if they're not.
Trust signals & social proof
I look at whether visitors have enough reason to trust you before they're asked to buy. Reviews, guarantees, shipping policies, return policies — and whether they're in the right place at the right time.
Checkout flow review
Cart abandonment is rarely about price. I look at every step of your checkout for friction — unexpected costs, form complexity, payment trust, and mobile experience.
Mobile experience
Most Shopify traffic is mobile. I test your store on real devices and flag anything that makes buying harder on a phone — images that don't load, buttons that are hard to tap, content that's cut off.
Priority fix list
Everything I find is ranked by estimated conversion impact — not alphabetically, not by how hard it is to fix. You know exactly where to spend your time and money first.

Process
How it works
You send me your store URL
Fill in the contact form with your store URL and a sentence about what you're trying to fix. I'll confirm and we're underway. No lengthy briefing calls, no contracts.
I audit your store
I go through your store as a customer would, then as a CRO specialist. I record a video walkthrough narrating exactly what I'm seeing and what I'd change. Most audits take 2–4 hours of my time.
You get the findings
Within 10–14 days you receive: the video, a written document, and a priority list of what to fix first. Everything is written for a non-technical audience — no jargon, no assumptions about what you know.
We talk it through
A 30-minute call to walk through what I found, answer your questions, and talk about what makes sense to fix first. If you want me to implement the changes, I'll give you a quote at this point — no obligation.
After the audit
What usually comes next
Most people ask me to implement the fixes. That's $130/hr — I estimate the hours before starting. Typical range after an audit: 5–15 hours.
Sometimes the theme can't carry the store. If that's the case I'll say so, and we look at theme setup from $2,400 or a custom build from $7,500.
You're not locked in. Take the findings and do it yourself, or hand them to another developer. The audit stands on its own.
Questions
Frequently asked
Can you implement the audit recommendations for me?
+
Yes — and most clients do take this option. After the audit, if you want me to make the changes I charge $130/hr AUD and give you a time estimate before starting. Most audits lead to 5–15 hours of implementation work. You're not locked in to anything — you can take the findings and get another developer to do it, or do it yourself.
What if I'm not happy with the audit?
+
Full refund. If you feel the audit didn't deliver genuine value, or I can't give you a clear plan to improve the store, I'll give you your money back. No questions, no awkward back-and-forth.
Do you work with any Shopify theme?
+
Yes. Whether you're on Dawn, a premium theme like Prestige or Impulse, or a fully custom theme — the audit process is the same. I'm looking at the customer experience, not the code.
My store is new and doesn't have much traffic yet. Is this still worth doing?
+
Honestly — probably not yet. You need traffic to validate what's working and what isn't. If you're getting fewer than a few hundred sessions a week, I'd suggest putting that $699 into getting more traffic first, then auditing once you have enough data to measure against. I'll tell you this upfront if you reach out and you're not at the right stage yet.
What happens after the audit?
+
We talk through the findings on a 30-minute call. If the fixes are small, I can implement them at $130/hr — usually 5–15 hours. If the theme is past saving, I'll say so and quote theme setup (from $2,400) or a custom build (from $7,500) instead. No obligation either way.
Do you only work with Australian stores?
+
No — I work with Shopify stores worldwide. I'm based in Melbourne, which is why prices are in AUD. Delivery is all async (video + document) so there's no timezone issue.
